What this policy covers

This policy covers the email notification form on this site. It does not cover Naya B.V. or its bankruptcy estate. We have no access to Naya's orders, customer records or funds, and we do not collect Naya order numbers or confirmations through this site.

What we collect

When you submit the form, we collect and store:

• the email address you enter;
• the purpose you signed up for;
• the time of your submission, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the version of the form.

We collect the last group as evidence of your consent. We do not ask for a name, an account, a Naya order number, or any other data.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We use your email address for one purpose only: to send you emails about the columnar Ultimate Hacking Keyboard that is in development. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form. We keep the submission record so we can show that consent was given.

We add your address to the mailing list as soon as you submit the form. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Who processes it

The mailing list is run on a self-hosted listmonk instance at newsletter.uhk.io. Subscriptions submitted on this site are handled by our own site at uhk.io, which forwards them to that list; the submission record (purpose, time, IP address, user agent and form version) is stored with the subscriber. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. These providers process the data on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. There is nothing to consent to beyond the email form itself.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep the consent evidence for up to five years after you unsubscribe, so we can demonstrate that the consent was valid at the time it was given.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future emails but does not affect processing that already happened. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@uhk.io.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In Hungary this is the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH); you may also contact the authority in your own country of residence.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the version of the form so that the consent evidence stays accurate.
